    6. Disclaimer of Warranties

    JIG Labs is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

    We do not warrant that:

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plotkin Ventures, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of JIG Labs.

    Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.
